In 2014, it merged with Herança Financial, adopting its research and strategic solutions divisions. By 2024, it eventually morphed into a single family office providing venture capital to early-stage African tech startups and Nigeria-based publicly traded companies. It owns/oversees the operations of several companies with interests spanning advisory services, branding, catering, clothing, education, hospitality, memorabilia, publication, real estate, and specialised solutions.
