This enables less burnout and higher quality Minimum Viable Products, faster. It's also more fun. Awesome developers shouldn't build great (but ugly) products. Designers shouldn't have to design beautiful (but non-functioning) mockups. Business Development experts shouldn't identify opportunities and attempt to become a product designer with cheap labor.
