Skill Monkey Coaching

Skill Monkey provides career and financial coaching for individuals and and partners with business leaders looking to support their staff beyond the office. Skill Monkey grew out of a desire to help others avoid the pitfalls and stress that I’ve dealt with in the professional and financial aspects of my life. Over the years, I’ve come to recognize how connected these two aspects of my life are and how much they impact my relationships, my mental and physical health, and other areas of my life. In my view, we have to embrace our inner Skill Monkey in order to build the happy, satisfying life we are all aiming for. To succeed in this we have to do 3 things: 1. Understand the relationships between all the aspects of our lives 2. Ask hard questions about who we want to be so that we can build our vision for the future 3. Create goals and take action to reach them Seems pretty simple, right? It’s the same basic framework that people have been working through since ancient times. However, despite centuries of learning and practice, most of us struggle with this. Which makes complete sense considering how much attention, energy, and time are required to get through our everyday lives. Despite a deep held desire to change, it can be almost impossible to do so on your own. What you need is a partner, and that’s where Skill Monkey comes in.
