Skill-Bit is a full-time 12-week Simulated Workplace Training Program designed to get oilfield and construction labor ready for any job site. The program combines essential skills training (i.e., soft skills) and technical job site training to prepare prospective workers for diverse job sites in Alberta. Skill-Bit is funded by the Government of Alberta and is free for students to attend.
