In 1995, our founders Ross and Noreen Edlund embraced a dream to bring a better breakfast and lunch experience to the people of Naples, Florida. From their love and talent for (okay let’s be real, obsession with) fresh-baked biscuits and scones, not to mention their commitment to over-and- above service, Skillets became known as the place in town for a welcoming smile to start your day-served with a side of the best food in town, of course. We’ve grown quite a bit in the last 30 years. But as with fine wine & fancy cheese, we’re just getting better with age. Today we’re still as committed as ever to giving our customers the best breakfast and brunch around—not just by sourcing the finest ingredients we can find, but by doing everything we can to make you feel at home the moment you step through the door. So if you walk into our restaurant and find us all beaming ear to ear, you can be sure of one thing—it’s no act. The truth is, we’re the luckiest people on the planet and we don’t care who knows it.
