The Skillnet Offshore Wind Academy is Ireland’s national training initiative dedicated to developing the skilled workforce needed to power the country’s offshore wind future.
As Ireland accelerates its offshore wind ambitions, we are building the talent pipeline to match. We deliver industry-led, future-focused micro-credential courses designed to upskill employees across the offshore wind value chain—from early-stage resource analysis to offshore operations and environmental assessment.
We offer a growing portfolio of micro-credential courses developed in partnership with leading Irish universities and institutes including UCC, MTU, UCD, UL, TUD and NMCI. These courses are tailored to meet the evolving needs of employers and professionals in the sector.
