Our founder Joshua Kingston being neurodiverse himself, discovered that traditional education isn’t for everyone not just from his own experiences, but also through his recent years working throughout the neurodivergent community as a mentor, life coach while also consulting with several therapists/psychologists and other support professionals. He discovered that if he wanted to create real impact on the scale he envisioned he had to look elsewhere. Josh founded Skillscale Solutions to work with professionals to create a solution that will support the neurodivergent community ‘scale their skills’. A greater variety of educational options offering different skills and knowledge will generate a greater diversity of not only teachers but education that allows not only the neurodiverse but everyone to find something that fits each of them. We believe each of our own expertise is limited, only when we combine the expertise and experiences of more than one person can we create real impact.
