SkillsFWD

SkillsFWD is a bold new initiative on a mission to catalyze a more equitable skills-based hiring ecosystem leveraging learning and employment records (LERs). The first funder collaborative of its kind, SkillsFWD funds demonstration teams working to solve challenges to adoption and engage key stakeholder groups in developing systems that enable more learners and workers to access quality education and career opportunities. It serves as a catalyst for organizations that have already implemented foundational strategies and infrastructure around LER systems. SkillsFWD is an initiative of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and receives funding support from Ascendium Education Group, the Charles Koch Foundation, Strada Education Foundation, Walmart and other funders.
