Skolix is an insect producing startup farm based in Greece. We offer an innovative food source for the agri-food sector, providing a sustainable solution to the ever-increasing global demand for protein. Specifically in Skolix we breed Tenebrio molitor (mealworms) as feed supplements for poultry, pets, fish, and pigs and have a long-term goal to process insects into premium food supplements both for animals and humans. Our production process is based on the rules of circular economy since we use local agricultural biomass for insect breeding.
