SKOM Sdn Bhd (formerly known as SK Offshore & Marine Sdn Bhd) commenced operations in 2016 with the goal to be the leading marine service provider globally by providing world class assets with a world class service. SKOM is a leading OSV service provider to commit in supporting the global climate change by initiating green solutions to their OSV in reducing greenhouse gas (CO2) emissions. It is the first Malaysian vessel owner/operator to deploy in service the highest number of 7 diesel electric green OSV and number is still growing and capable of even going greener. The current fleet include 4 units of NCA80E 64.8m AHTS DE 80tBP-DP2 and 3 units of UT755CD 78m PSV DE DP2 clean design vessels.
