Team Information Škubla & Partneri was founded in 2002 by its current managing partner Martin Škubla. Today it includes more than twenty lawyers supported by a team of paralegals, administrative staff and other legal professionals. The other partners are Dušan Ďurík, Martin Fábry, Erika Galgóciová and Marián Šulík. Our Approach In today’s competitive legal market providing comprehensive, high quality legal services with in-depth knowledge of the various areas of law and offering of practical solutions to clients is a must and something what nowadays clients are expecting to receive. We differentiate from our competitors by maintaining the quality standards but inventing new tools and products as differentiation factors from other law firms. In particular, in modern era, where time is of the essence, we provide clients with new form of products which are more client-friendly and less time-consuming. We strictly adhere to next business day principle. On top of that we offer various fee structures allowing us to be cost-effective. We are able to achieve this through a combination of thorough understanding of the local legal and business environment, experience with project-oriented cases and the fact that several members of our team specialize in very specific areas of law, such as banking and finance, antitrust law, litigation (particularly shareholders’ disputes and protection of personality rights), legislation and health care law. Over recent years we have built a considerable expertise in online and IT sector – from online media trough software copyrights, service level agreements to e-commerce.
