Sky Harbour Group Corporation (NYSE: SKYH) is an aviation infrastructure company building the first nationwide network of Home Base Operator (HBO) campuses - private aviation facilities designed exclusively for based aircraft. Unlike traditional Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), HBOs are closed to transient traffic, providing tenants with enhanced security, efficiency, and control through dedicated services, hangars and suites tailored to the needs of each operator. Sky Harbour campuses are open and operating at Dallas Addison Airport (ADS), Denver Centennial Airport (APA), Houston’s Sugar Land Regional Airport (SGR), Los Angeles’s Camarillo Airport (CMA), Miami Opa-Locka Executive Airport (OPF), Nashville International Airport (BNA), Phoenix Deer Valley Airport (DVT), San Jose Mineta Airport (SJC) and Seattle King County International Airport - Boeing Field (BFI).
