Sky Point Social Services is a Certified Medicaid Waiver Provider in the State of Indiana approved by the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) to provide Behavior Management and Supported Living services to individuals with developmental, intellectual, and emotional health needs. Sky Point also provides Employment Services under Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and Habilitation and Family and Caregiver Training Services under Community Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW). Sky Point serves children, teens and adults.
