Services include mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side), corporate finance (debt, venture capital, private equity, and mezzanine capital), and the strategic use of real estate. Select services are also available to clients on a consultative basis through CFO Systems, LLC. Skyline Advisors is a division of Ideation Ventures, Inc. Services involving securities are offered through M&A Securities Group, Inc. (“MAS”). Services involving real estate brokerage are offered through CBS Commercial (“CBS”).
