Eclipse Deeplearning4j is an open-source project for configuring and tuning deep neural networks and is the most widely used AI framework for Java and Scala, and serves as a bridge between the Python data science community and big data tools like Spark and Kafka. Adam Gibson, project lead for Eclipse Deeplearning4j, is also a Strategic Board Director of the Eclipse Foundation and originally organised the 2017 donation of Eclipse Deeplearning4j from Skymind Inc to the Eclipse ecosystem.
