The Skýrr family of enterprises is a market driven service provider in the field of information technology. Skýrr provides thousands of demanding customers with diverse services and solutions for software, consulting, hardware, IT operations and hosting. Skýrr is Iceland’s dominant IT company and also enjoys a solid position in the Nordic markets through its subsidiaries abroad. Skýrr has over 100,000 customers in the Icelandic consumer market and a market share of 30%. Corporate customers in Iceland alone are over 10,000. Turnover in 2010 was around 24 billion ISK. Skýrr is the 9th biggest IT company in Scandinavia. CEO of Skýrr is Gestur G. Gestsson. 1,100 STAFF The Skýrr family of enterprises has a staff of 1,100 and extensive operations in four countries. Skýrr currently has 500 employees, and another 600 are employed at its three subsidiaries. Around 100 work at HugurAx in Reykjavík, 200 at Hands in Norway and about 300 at Kerfi in Sweden. In addition to this, Hands owns a subsidiary in Latvia called Aston Baltic, which has 20 employees. OPERATIONS Skýrr covers information technology from A to Z, offering its customers a one-stop-shop for integrated total services. HugurAx specializes in Microsoft Dynamics AX and customized software solutions. Hands focuses on Microsoft Dynamics AX and vertical markets. Kerfi offers consulting, operations and IT services.
