Skytec was inspired by elevator companies continuing to operate as they have been for the last 100 years and their struggles to adapt and lead change. While working in various roles with large elevator organizations, Skytec founders discovered the reluctance and blindness of those in the industry to bring about a shift for the benefit of people.
