Project manage multiple varieties of Real Estate Projects from inception through completion. • Argue before the City Planning Commission and Board of Standards and Appeals, securing approvals for General City Law matters, Variances and Special Permit applications • Present compelling reasons for Community Boards throughout New York City to approve projects. • Build and cultivate ongoing relationships with City Council Members • Analyze and react to potential issues from the community and drive success for property owners, maximize efforts to secure approvals for planned floor areas targeted to be built • Interact with, negotiate and cultivate relationships with members of City Agencies, DOT, NYCEDC, Parks Department, DOB, FDNY Draft memorandum, land use application documents and environmental applications as follows: • Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA) • Universal Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) • Environmental Control Board (ECB)
