• Build and cultivate ongoing relationships with City Council Members
• Analyze and react to potential issues from the community and drive success for property owners, maximize efforts to secure approvals for planned floor areas targeted to be built
• Interact with, negotiate and cultivate relationships with members of City Agencies, DOT, NYCEDC, Parks Department, DOB, FDNY
