About SLC6A1 Connect
SLC6A1 Connect is a research-focused patient advocacy group dedicated to accelerating the development of novel therapeutic approaches for children with SLC6A1-Related Disorder (SRD), a newly identified neuro-developmental disorder, by improving the lives of affected children and families. Our group is comprised of passionate and relentless mothers. Our mission is to advance scientific research through patient empowerment ultimately resulting in a disease modifying treatment.
