Our personalised executive coaching program enables leaders realise their highest leadership potential while remaining anchored in their values. The 12-session program combines one-on-one executive coaching and communications training over a period of three to four months. Each individual interaction runs for an average of 80 minutes. Defined goals anchor the journey into a value system, which in turn acts as a rudder throughout. We begin with a focus on crafting a leader’s personal story. This narrative helps leaders engage in dynamic and authentic conversations with themselves and their key stakeholders. Even those who are not natural storytellers can develop a style and voice with individualised coaching and deliberate practice. Our blended learning modules combine curated reading, writing exercises, conversations, an appreciation for other’s stories to encourage continuous reflection, self-awareness, and a recognition of the power of clarity. 2. Brand communication strategy begins by putting together a crisp brand manifesto and powerful copy for internal and external communication.
