I work with individuals and groups to improve their sleep using the leading, evidence based treatment programme. Clients receive a personalised plan which will improve their sleep problems and they will leave understanding how to control their sleep for life. The treatment is completely medication free and based on a scientifically proven, NHS recommended programme of treatment. The programme is very successful with over 85% of clients reporting improvement in their sleep within the first four weeks. I work with people one to one and also in groups, the treatment can be offered face to face, Skype or online.
