Our innovation addresses this gap by directly embedding accelerometers, speakers, and a microphone within a pillow, leveraging its ubiquitous use during sleep. This approach offers a seamless and non-intrusive means of precisely tracking sleep movements. Our solution aims to revolutionize sleep monitoring by providing real-time data on posture shifts and body movement frequencies, as well as improve sleep experience with sound therapy. This solution also includes a microphone for snoring detection and tracking breathing patterns, providing insights on improving their sleeping experience. In addition, necessary sensors will be added to capture temperature, humidity, pressure, and light levels to aid in the sleeping experience.
