Coming from physical commodities and trade finance business, two seasoned entrepreneurs created a strong platform vital to Sleepy Hudson's success, and supported by diverse range of specialized consultants, professionals and employees.
Since inception Kislin and Tsimmer has successfully converted and re-positioned existing properties in Manhattan and Westchester, managed asset portfolios, and developed ground up projects in the most sought after neighborhoods of New York City. Our goal has always been to identify the most unique properties in the best possible locations, insuring the highest risk-adjusted returns for our investors.
