Slices Micro will transform the traditional pizzeria into a food technology company. Slices is a Sicilian pizzeria business that is passionately committed to creating the most amazing, tastiest, and most colorful pizza on the planet. Our Roman-style square pizza slices are cooked in custom black steel pans imported from Italy. Our 00 flour is from Naples, our tomatoes are from Campania, and our olive oil is from the sun-drenched olive trees in Sicily. Our custom ovens are hand-built in Venice, Italy. We're the real deal.
