SLIM DIGIS, launched by Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), the national body for marketing in Sri Lanka is the country’s most awaited digital awards ceremony. SLIM DIGIS was first launched in 2018 to recognise the innovations in the Digital Marketing sector, identify budding talents and to provide the due recognition for the ingenuity and innovation in the field of digital marketing. SLIM DIGIS is the only dedicated awards event in Sri Lanka that recognizes the best digital marketing achievements across multiple sectors including Banking & Finance, Insurance, Telecommunication, IT & Internet, Leisure & Hospitality and Travel & Tourism etc. Competition is open to all the Digital and creative agencies in Sri Lanka and both the entities will be awarded for the brand or client. The submissions will be evaluated under the criteria of Context, Challenge, Campaign Objectives, Target Audience, Idea and Strategy, Innovation and Creativity, Execution and the Impact of the Campaign. __ The Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) is the apex body for Sri Lankan Marketers, which was founded in 1970 and subsequently incorporated by an act of the parliament in 1980, recognising it as the national body for marketing and a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation. SLIM has been promoting marketing excellence and elevating the status of marketing in Sri Lanka since its inception in 1970. In addition, SLIM is the host and also the principal partner in Sri Lanka’s most acclaimed and reputed awards ceremonies such as SLIM Kantar Peoples awards, Brands Excellence, NASCO, Effie Awards and SMEDA.
