Russian logistics company LLC Rubezh was founded in 2016 as a carrier and exporter of timber products. Initially focused on road and rail transportation of timber goods to Finnish-Swedish factories in Europe, we gradually expanded our operations. Before the 2022 crisis, our clients included renowned international forestry companies such as Stora Enso, UPM-Kymmene, and Metsäliitto. In 2020, we initiated shipments via sea transport and in 2021, we partnered with the Russian representation of Manuport-Logistics Bv, assisting in the export of pellets and other timber products. Continuously evolving, in 2023, we exported 480 TEUs. In 2024, we rebranded to LLC SLIM Logistics. Currently, we operate from two offices in St. Petersburg and Novgorod, with plans for further expansion. Our company collaborates with agents and associations worldwide, offering a wide range of logistics services: - For imports, we provide regular sea and rail shipments from China and India to Russia, both direct and via Far Eastern ports. - We offer road transportation (FTL/LTL) from China to Russia. - In exports, we facilitate sea and rail shipments through ports in St. Petersburg, Novorossiysk, Azov, and Rostov-on-Don to Asian countries. - We also handle road transport from Russia to Western Europe and CIS countries, as well as from Europe to Russia. - Our services extend to reception, storage, and other warehouse solutions in St. Petersburg upon client request. - We provide freight forwarding services in ports such as St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Vostochny, and Novorossiysk. - Domestic transportation services are available across Russia. - Additionally, we assist in procurement from East Asian countries, consolidation in China, and shipment to Russia. - Air transportation services are offered to Moscow and St. Petersburg, along with customs clearance upon client request.
