Slowrun is een uitnodiging voor vrouwen die (weer) willen gaan bewegen. Je kunt heel veel van jouw lichaam leren als je er goed naar luistert. SlowRun is terug naar binnen, voelen hoe het ècht met jou gaat, nu. Wat kun jij jezelf geven om je nòg beter te gaan voelen? Middels wandelen, powerwalken, SlowRunnen, yoga, ontspannings-, meditatie- en ademoefeningen leren we je meer en meer te ontspannen onderweg. Gelopen tijd en/of afstand zijn bij SlowRun geen doel op zich. Het is jouw tijd en jouw tempo. Samen werken aan een ontspannen basis houding en, niet te vergeten, een sterke core! Je bent van harte welkom, àlles kan in jouw eigen tempo!
