In 2010 Slows expanded to Detroit's Midtown neighborhood with Slows To Go, a commissary kitchen, caterer and carryout location.v2015 brought the opening of Slows Bar Bq Grand Rapids in Downtown Market and the launch of the first Slows food truck.
