In 20 years, we have assisted more than 350 companies and individuals, helping them to find business and sustainable solutions and open new markets in over 30 countries worldwide. The international activities are coordinated from our Italian offices and supported by our 15 affiliated offices in USA and China. We handle every aspect related to the presence in the Italian market of companies involved in the field of higher education, such as universities and foreign schools in Italy, in energy, aviation, and food, through our legal advice personalized both for typology and costs. The members of the firm are characterized by an entrepreneurial mindset, and aim to reduce the risk of unnecessary litigation and to close and address and resolve issues, both through negotiations and settlement and litigation and arbitration proceedings.
