Sett & Lucas Unicorns (SLU), an early-stage, technology-focused investment advisory firm. SLU is the capital raise and advisory division of Sett & Lucas, a global investment bank operating out of 11 offices in 8 countries. From ideas to IPOs, SLU facilitates capital raise for post-seed startups that have the potential to become Unicorns. We look for month-on-month hypergrowth, large total addressable market (TAM), pilot customers/beta users, ability to create a MOAT, a great execution team, and a global business model. Our dedicated team has a combined experience of $10B in transactions that span 6 continents through a combination of IPOs, VC investments, M&A, Merger Integration, and Private Equity.
