PACE (Progressive Action and Change Everyday) is a coaching and training company which supports people to move from where they are to where they want to be. The company focuses on enabling people to get a greater understanding of themselves and others and gives people the self confidence and belief so that they can achieve their outcomes and goals more readily and easily. This is done through 1:1, group and organisational coaching as well as delivery and facilitation of key people development programmes both in groups and organisations.
