When I was in my early twenties, I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Food had already been my passion for many years, so I was devastated. As I began to navigate life without gluten, I realized how hard it was to find high quality options, particularly when it came to pie.
I started this microbakery to change all that. 100% gluten-free and inspired by seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients, Small Comforts Kitchen offers delicious dessert options that are delicious BECAUSE they are gluten-free, not in spite of it.
