While Japanese sake in its current form has a history of about thousand years, Small Sake is the new kid on the block. The history of Small Sake started with a great product that regrettably remains largely unknown and thus somewhat inaccessible to most of us. While most consumers know sake as a category, sadly the majority of us is not able to name a single brand. This is very different for most other categories of alcohol, for which many brands are widely known.
