Our goal is to help educate underprivileged classrooms in developing nations, while at the same time helping American students make a difference in the world. We have found that American students have an intense drive to help their community and make a difference, so the goal here is to give these students an opportunity to do just that. As a result, we will be educating underprivileged children around the world and more importantly changing the way that they are taught. This will hopefully create a long lasting change in the education systems of those countries, to make the learning more intuitive and fun.
In order to make this difference, we will be using e-learning technologies and most importantly teaching students face to face over webcam. Our primary cause is to teach them English and improve their technical literacy so that they can engage in trade and foreign relations as they get older. Our organization is unique because we are targeting schools directly, and our model involves group learning where one American high school student teaches an entire class of underprivileged students.
