SMART-ART (NSERC-CREATE Program)

Smart Autonomous Robotic Technology for Space Exploration (SMART-ART) is an industry-oriented students training program to develop essential technical and professional skills for Highly Qualified Personnel (HQP) trainees in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Robotics, Computer Vision, and Systems Engineering for space exploration. The ultimate objective of SMART-ART is to foster a critical mass of HQP for the space industry and boost trainees’ interdisciplinary job readiness. The SMART-ART program is a great training opportunity for Undergraduate, Master’s, Doctoral, and Postdoctoral training.
