We at Smart Call Centre Solutions Ltd (Smart CCS Ltd) are a multi service call centre. Smart CCs Ltd is a vibrant and enthusiastic company offering an effective and professional facility to clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment and drive to provide the very best service in the market place.
We currently run several campaigns in our call centre which include Pension Reviews, Holiday Sickness Claims, PPI, Personal Injury Claims, Life Insurance and Funeral Plans.
We are always looking at new campaigns to add to our portfolio.
We are currently a fairly small company but have two expansion plans for the year 2017, one at the beginning of the year and one in the middle of the year, then same again in 2018, these expansions will make us a much larger company than we are at present, the goal is to have 50 agents on the phone by the end of 2018.
Our agents are all fully trained on all the products that we do and we at Smart CCS feel that ongoing training and communication with the staff is key to success. So all our clients can be confident that their products are getting sold in the correct way whilst getting the highest possible performance rates.
