SMART CITIES FUND

We are a Turkish Capital Markets Board-accredited Venture Capital Fund that identifies emerging truly innovative tech ventures providing Smart City Solutions in their early stages in Turkey. We aim to generate long term capital appreciation by making seed and early-stage investments in a diversified portfolio of start-up companies. Fund management team has identified smart building, smart energy and smart cities tech as key industry segments. The Fund will also invest in other technology-related fields on a deal-by-deal basis, primarily for synergistic or vertical integration opportunities. We will partner with our investors to build a solid foundation and prepare for growth via funding, strategic and operating support, providing critical connections, and securing growth capital to validate market potential.
