Sales & Marketing Association of Rising Talent (SMART) is committed to fostering a community of early sales & marketing talent in Central New York through networking, information sharing, and professional development. SMART is a division of Central New York Sales & Marketing Executives (CNYSME) with a focus on sales and marketing professionals with 0-3 years of experience and/or college students preparing to enter the workforce. CNYSME provides education and training for sales and marketing professionals through workshops and meetings. Additionally, it recognizes the very best in the sales and marketing profession at its annual Crystal Ball / Sales & Marketing Excellence Awards Banquet.
