About Us SMART, South MetroCity Association of Realtors was formed in 2009 by bringing together a few like-minded professional and experienced realtors operating purely in the South Mumbai realty market. The aim of creating this Association was to have a parent body that could address the needs of the realtor industry and that could bring realtors on a common platform while encouraging standard and best business practices. In the short three years of its existence, SMART, which is an affiliate of NAR (National association of Realtors), has become a name to reckon with. Developers operating in and out of South Mumbai such as Ahuja Constructions, Hubtown Ltd. (formerly known as Akcruti Builders), Ajmera Group, HBS Realtors, Sunteck Realtors, Shree Naman Group, Nayantara Group (Nasik), Neumech, Vascon (Pune) and Veda Real Estate (Alibaug), to name a few, have been associated with SMART for collaborating on various issues and for launching their own projects. Today, SMART has 120 members who follow a stringent code of ethics laid down for the members.
