At Smart Disability Accommodation, our vision is to provide exceptional accommodation services to NDIS participants, revolutionizing their lives through cutting-edge technology. With a firm commitment to the Specialist Disability Accommodation Design Standards, we strive to construct dwellings from the ground up, integrating life-changing features that make a real difference.
Our flagship project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art group home, featuring four participant bedrooms designed to cater to individuals requiring high physical support. However, our dedication to inclusivity means that our high physical support design encompasses all the elements of fully accessible homes, welcoming participants from various support needs.
Located at 15 Moa Street, Norlane VIC, our dwelling enjoys a prime location with convenient access to essential amenities. Situated within walking distance of the newly opened hospital at Barwon Health North (since 2020) and the upcoming Northern Aquatic and Community Hub (set to complete in early 2024), our participants will benefit from easy access to healthcare facilities and recreational activities.
Our commitment to leveraging smart home technology is at the heart of our design. Through voice and app-controlled features, including lighting, blinds, fully automated doors, and other devices, we aim to empower individuals with disabilities, transforming their daily lives. By harnessing the power of the Internet of Things devices, we ensure that these technologies are not just enjoyable but also serve as vital tools for individuals with hearing/speech impairments or limited mobility, allowing them to control their environment effortlessly.
