We currently have a permanent staff complement of 4 dedicated skilled machinists, and 1 pump fitter with many years of experience between them. We have specialised in manufacturing previously imported components for the sweet, beverage, textile and pump industries, as well as the repair and maintenance of machinery parts in the above- mentioned industries. The manufacture of import replacement components has cost savings of 50% and more. Current machinery: 4 x Centre Lathes (max swing 980mm – bed length 2m) 3 x Milling Machines 1 x CNC Milling Machine 1x CNC Lathe All lathes and milling machines have been fitted with digital readouts, allowing for maximum accuracy. The close working relationships that we have with other engineering facets such as chroming and grinding, hydraulics and heat-treatment of steels, gives us access to providing a better service.
