Smart Hydrogen Consulting is an established consultancy specialising in all aspects of the hydrogen energy sector. The breadth of work undertaken covers the entire hydrogen value chain, from production through to end use, with particular focus on strategy and business development, project development, consortia building and project delivery, project management, market and commercial analysis and financing/funding in the sector. SHC is highly experienced in market introduction of new products, including brand building and market communications planning for a variety of markets and platforms. The team is led by Diana Raine, who has over 20 years experience working in the sector, having previously headed up the European business unit on Hydrogen Energy for a major industrial gas company, before establishing the consultancy SHC. We have experience in delivering clean energy solutions into the marketplace and have been responsible for delivering flagship hydrogen projects and commercial contracts at significant scale. Our ‘real world’ experience of addressing technical and commercial challenges facing the sector differentiates us from others in this space.
