OutSmart EMR

SmartND is the company behind OutSmart, a convenient, cloud-based EMR software that enables better clinic management and faster, future-focused digital charting. OutSmart is a better, smarter way to approach multi-disciplinary clinic management—especially the problems with time-consuming paper charting and the legal requirements of electronic medical record-keeping (known as EMR)—in order to give both health care professionals and patients smoother, time-saving experiences. SmartND and OutSmart came into being in 2010 when Priya Prakash, a recently graduated Naturopathic Doctor, saw the need for better clinic management processes and the opportunities that would come from a time-saving transition to digital charting. Together with her architect husband Venk Prabhu, they developed smarter EMR software for clinics. OutSmart is cloud-based SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), making it easy to begin using.
