➝ process reengineering - in a form of DMAIC improvement projects or IT project, starting from process mapping (BPMN 2.0), gathering of business requirements, preparation of functional specifications for various IT systems (WMS, MES, ERP, CRM), coordination of activities of software houses, software testing, assistance in implemenations and users' training.
