The Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) is a rating system developed by the European Union. It determines the intelligence of a building and evaluates its technological maturity, including its ability to interact with users and the energy grid, and how efficiently it can be managed. KIT has developed an interactive self-assessment tool that provides owners with optimisation suggestions. In addition, the current SRI standard will be analysed and improved.
