Smart Studio

Smart Studio & Partners is located in Tirana, Albania, and focuses on design innovation, research and project management in Architecture, Urban Design, Restoration and Revitalization of Heritage Buildings, Engineering and Development. Prof. Dr Arch. Florian Nepravishta founded Smart Studio in 2007 in cooperation with a group of professors from the Polytechnic University of Tirana (UPT) who complement each other to create a synergy. During its activity, distinguished international professionals have been part of the design work. We are highly dedicated and aim to contribute to a sustainable environment and protect natural and built heritage. We believe that innovation in this field offers a lot of potential and possibilities. We see architecture as a tool that improves the everyday life of communities regarding social behaviour, economic income and cultural impact.
