We build intelligent, sustainable, infinitely customizable pre-fab smart homes of the future. We intend to disrupt traditional housing industry model by addressing three key challenges: supply chain constraints leading to long lead times, shortage of qualified workers leading to complexity and time consuming construction, and lack of innovation. Smartblocks eliminates traditional supply chain hurdles by shipping prefabricated ready-to-assemble lightweight building panels (“smart blocks”) directly from our factory to the consumer. Our homes are assembled ”IKEA-style” in three easy steps, with the help of a simple app in just 5 days, and do not require professional skills or specialized tools. They are designed using the latest technologies and materials, that are highly energy efficient, eco-friendly, lightweight and durable. Our custom “smart blocks” are designed from the ground up for IoT integration, and are pre-built with all the necessary infrastructure to run a smart home. The final product is a luxurious, stylish and cozy, green high-tech dwelling with superior energy efficiency, powered by the latest in AI technology. All this at a fraction of a cost of a traditional house.
