Smart Cleanroom Solutions GmbH is a company of the InfraSolution AG. The main business focus is the development and production of automated robotic systems for the quality assurance of HEPA/ULPA filters for cleanroom applications.
The product family AutomaticParticleScanSystems (APSS) provides an automatic measurement process according to DIN EN ISO 14644-3 for a vast variety of HEPA/ULPA filter configurations in operation. Vertical and horizontal laminar flow systems and terminal filters can be tested with RobotScanFlex (RSF). Filter integrity tests in hot-air sterilization tunnels are performed using LinearTwinScan (LTS). The latest development integratedRobotScanFlex (iRSF) aims at qualifying open and closed RABS and isolators as well as safety cabinets.
The holistic measurement process provides the user with a real-time 2D heatmap representing the filter status, an integrated evaluation, and an automatic leakage verification feature. The electronic on-the-fly report is available immediately after completion of the measuring process including all acquired raw data. Thus, the system is compliant with FDA (21 CFR Part 11) and GMP (EU GMP Annex 11) requirements.
In addition to acquiring one of our robotic solutions for filter integrity tests, measurements in cleanroom are provided as a service by Ingenieur-Büro Dorfner GmbH (IBD). As another InfraSolution AG company, IBD offers a wide range of qualification services. The focus here is on particle measurement technology in installed cleanroom systems, which are carried out using the RSF, LTS and iRSF robots.
Smart Cleanroom Solutions strives for upgrading its systems continuously with additional functions and features to cope with market demands and ever evolving customer requirements. Thereby supporting users across industry sectors to reduce human induced contamination and error in highly controlled cleanroom environments, while being more time and cost efficient on qualification and re-qualification tasks.
