SmartDealer Technologies LLC ("SmartDealer") is a company created specifically to develop web based solutions for the automotive parts and service departments of franchised automobile dealerships commonly known as “fixed operations." SmartDealer was founded by the same team that developed the world’s first OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) automotive parts ecommerce platform over seventeen years ago. Our mission is to continually address the large-scale shift in dealership technology solutions initiated by the major automobile manufacturers seeking to revolutionize and enhance the “customer experience” for auto parts and service and SmartDealer technology solutions fulfills those needs. Our technology applications are designed to act as an interactive "suite" of products which work both independently and in concert with one another to provide auto dealers with a complete web based solution for the service department, customer relations management, service scheduling and parts and service sales transactions.
