Connect Health launches new “Innovation Centre” to drive innovation
and improve patient care Connect Health, the leading independent provider of community musculoskeletal (MSK) services, has launched a new subsidiary company – Smartdust Ltd.
Connect has always been at the forefront of transforming MSK service pathways,
technology development and operational innovation and the new entity will help
provide even better support to patients whilst improving efficiency across the
organisation.
What is the purpose of Smartdust?
The purpose of the team will be to deliver change & innovation for Connect. The team will comprise a number of expert roles, and the remit will be:
• Ideas generation
• Business process re-engineering
• Developing the investment case for each new service or innovation to ensure
that they deliver value for all stakeholders
• Horizon scanning in technology markets to identify emerging innovations
• Effective project execution delivering improvements and innovations
• Act as change champions in the business to help educate colleagues
